Open the PilotDelivery app and start a new order. You'll need to provide the following:

• Pickup address
• Delivery address
• Parcel size and description
• Parcel photo
• Recipient's first and last name
• Recipient's phone number
• Additional delivery instructions or notes
• Payment method

Once you've entered the addresses, the app will display the delivery cost for each available parcel size. Review your order summary and tap Confirm delivery to place it. Your order will then be matched with the nearest available courier.

PilotDelivery offers four delivery options, depending on the vehicle that carries your parcel:

• Car
• Small van
• Medium van
• Large van

When entering your delivery details, you'll see the dimensions and delivery fee for each option before confirming your order. Select the option that best matches your parcel.

Once a courier has collected your parcel, you can track their location in real time through the app. This will show you where the courier currently is and their estimated arrival time at the drop-off address.

Yes. You can cancel your order via the app. A cancellation fee may apply depending on the circumstances of the cancellation and how close the courier is to you.

PilotDelivery currently accepts:

• Visa
• Mastercard
• Cash

If you choose to pay by card, the amount will be charged to your card after delivery. If you choose to pay in cash, you'll pay the courier when they arrive to pick up the parcel.

The delivery fee is automatically calculated by the PilotDelivery app based on factors like:

• Distance
• Estimated travel time
• The delivery option you choose
• Express delivery, if you select it

Before confirming the order, you will see the delivery cost. If the calculated price is below the minimum fare for the chosen option, the minimum fare applies.
